• Security: You are responsible for the security of the account you use to access the bot. Do not share your private roster links with unauthorized individuals.

3. Church Admin Responsibilities

If you are a church leader or admin:

• You are responsible for ensuring that the members you add to the roster have consented to being part of the system.
• You agree to use member data only for church scheduling purposes.

4. Limitation of Liability

Church Roster is a volunteer-led, non-profit project. We are not liable for any missed services, scheduling errors, or data loss. We do not guarantee 100% uptime, though we strive for it.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user or church that violates these terms or uses the service inappropriately.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
