Roster Data: We store your assignments, ministry team memberships, and availability as provided by you or your church leaders.
Church Association: We store which church and ministry teams you are linked to.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

We do not display or share your phone number with other church members or leaders.
We do not track your location.
We do not use cookies on our read-only web views.

3. How We Use Your Information

To send you roster assignments and reminders via Telegram.
To allow church leaders to manage service coverage.
To generate secure, temporary links for you to view your roster on the web.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. Your roster information is only visible to:

Your church leaders/admins: For scheduling purposes.
Other church members: Only your name and assigned roles are visible on the church's shared roster views.

5. Data Deletion

You can stop using the bot at any time. To request full deletion of your data from a church roster, please contact your church administrator or reach out to us directly.
