Church rosters that run themselves.

Chat-based volunteer coordination built by churches who got tired of spreadsheets.

See it in action

Designed around real church life.

If you're already using chat apps to coordinate Sundays but still feel buried in spreadsheets, this is for you.

Church Leaders
Delegate scheduling to ministry teams without losing visibility. See where services are covered and where help is still needed.
🎚️
Ministry Team Leaders
Keep music, tech, kids, and welcome teams running smoothly. Let the bot chase confirmations and swaps instead of you.
🙋
Volunteers
Quickly check "What am I on for?" and find gaps where you can serve — right from the same app where you already chat with friends.

Key Benefits

🧭
Always-clear Sunday coverage
See at a glance which roles are covered and which are still open. Spot potential gaps days earlier, not on Saturday night.
🤝
Volunteers manage their own schedules
Volunteers sign up, confirm, or request swaps right in chat. Your church secretary or pastor spends less time micro-scheduling.
🚨
Fewer last-minute scrambles
As a service approaches, the bot escalates unfilled gaps by asking more people — instead of leaders manually tracking every detail.
🔐
Privacy-aware & low-friction
No phone numbers or emails displayed. Volunteers get secure links in chat—no new passwords to remember.

Chat for volunteers. Dashboard for leaders.

Getting started is straightforward. Here's how it works:

1
Set up services and teams in chat
Define your services (e.g. Sundays 10am, 1pm, 5pm) and teams (Tech, Music, Welcoming). Appoint leaders via unique bot links.
2
Add roles and invite members
Decide which roles are open to anyone ("Morning tea") and which need leader approval ("Drums", "Preaching"). Share a church-specific QR code so people can sign themselves up.
3
Let the bot handle the routine work
Volunteers chat with the bot to see their roster, sign up, or request coverage. The bot messages others to fill gaps and keeps everything up to date.
4
Serve both techy and non-techy members
Print clipboard-ready rosters for those who prefer paper. Leaders can enter handwritten sign-ups back into the bot after the service.
5
Keep leaders in control
Use the admin dashboard to see unfilled roles in the next couple of weeks, active coverage requests, and which members have been talking to the bot recently.

See how volunteers and leaders talk to the bot.

These are examples only — your demo church will respond with live data from its own services, teams, and roles.

Team management
We have two new members for the Music team - Doris can play drums and Ally can sing.
Great! I've added Doris and Ally to the Music team. I'll generate unique links for them to join the bot.
What gaps do we have for the coming weeks?
Here are the open roles:
February 1st
• Sunday 10am – Vocals 🎤

February 8th
• Sunday 10am – Vocals 🎤
• Sunday 5pm – Drums 🥁
Ask Ally if she can sing for those two gaps.
I'll message Ally about those two vocal roles and update you once she responds.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about Church Roster, pricing, and how it works for your church.

How much does this cost?

This service is provided 100% free; it is not a for-profit initiative.

Do my volunteers need another app?

No. Your volunteers already use a messaging app—now they can manage their roster there too. (We support Telegram today; WhatsApp is coming.) The web interface is read-only and opens in any browser.

Can people use WhatsApp instead?

We have plans to add WhatsApp support in the near future.

Can I use this for multiple churches or campuses?

Yes. The system supports multiple churches, each with their own rosters and leaders.

What about people without Telegram?

They can still see the read-only web views; an admin with Telegram access can make assignments for them.

Can I print the roster for Sunday?

Yes. There are print-optimized roster and calendar views designed for noticeboards and service planning.

Is this only for Sunday services?

No. Any recurring or one-off service or event with roles can be modeled — one-off Christmas services, mid-week gatherings, prayer nights, kids programs, and more.
